 Chemonics International, a global consulting and international development firm, seeks short-term Technical Specialists for an anticipated five-year USAID-funded regional project which aims to address capacity and information needs of eligible governments in the Asia region in accessing international climate change adaptation funds and accelerating investments in initiatives that increase resilience to the negative impacts of climate change.

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• Technical background and experience in environmental policy and sciences, agriculture, water and natural resources management, climate change, adaptation finance, training and capacity-building, and/or risk assessment and management.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience and an advanced degree.
• Experience working on donor-funded programs is preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills in English are required.
