About Don Bosco Tech Society

DB Tech is a network of 125 Don Bosco skill training centres spread across 25 states in the country making it the largest NGO engaged in livelihood training in India. All the centres provide employment-linked, market-oriented vocational training of short duration to the economically and socially marginalized youth. DB Tech has joined hands with the Ministry of Rural Development, Govt of India, to impart vocational training to 45,000 youngsters by end of 2012.

Job Description

·         Overall responsibility of ensuring, training, placements and administration of projects in the respective state

·         Assist the Regional Operation Team in setting up and execution of projects.

·         Coordinate operational activities of the project in the region and provide assistance to ensure targets.

·         Supervise the centers and organize discussions with regional teams and local authorities to ensure that project results are achieved as per the planning.

·         Communicate clearly and consistently with all stakeholders and project beneficiaries.

·         To ensure state targets are achieved as per project guidelines 

Qualification

Post graduate with at least 2 – 3 years or graduate with 3 – 5 years experience in managing projects with national level NGOs. Be able to report and document project progress as per the needs of the organisation. 

Job Requirement

Strong interpersonal skills and team player.

Proficient in written and spoken English

Knowledge of local language

Candidate should be open to extensive travelling 

Remuneration: Salary is not a constraint for right candidate.
