About Don Bosco Tech Society

DB Tech is a network of 125 Don Bosco skill training centres spread across 25 states in the country making it the largest NGO engaged in livelihood training in India. All the centres provide employment-linked, market-oriented vocational training of short duration to the economically and socially marginalized youth. DB Tech has joined hands with the Ministry of Rural Development, Govt of India, to impart vocational training to 45,000 youngsters by end of 2012.

Job Description

·         Establish networks and build up partnerships with the corporate sector/industries/ agencies for placement at regional level

·         Good understanding of all the various manufacturing and service sector/ industries

·         Assess the manpower requirements of various companies and liaise with the HR departments

·         Strong interpersonal skills and need to be self motivated to influence and establish corporate networks for the project efficacy.

·         Follow up at the centre level in placing the trained youth and the after placement services. 

Qualification

Post graduation or MBA in any discipline with 3 – 5 years experience in coordinating and liaising with the corporate sector. 

Job Requirement

Strong interpersonal skills and team player.

Proficient in written and spoken English

Knowledge of local language

Candidate should be open to extensive travelling

Regions: North Central – UP, Jharkhand, Chattisgarh, Bihar and Orissa

               East and North East – West Bengal, Assam, Guwahati, Arunachal  Pradesh, Meghalaya, 

                 Nagaland and Manipur

               South : Karnataka, Goa and Kerala

               South West: Maharashtra, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu

Remuneration: Salary is not a constraint for right candidate.
